About
Us
Inardua are a Salesforce Consultancy, based in Stroud, Gloucestershire. We help organisations grow, using Salesforce to deliver strategic change across Sales, Marketing & Customer Experience.

As a Salesforce Partner, we deliver technology solutions built on the worlds number one CRM platform.

for our Customers.
Technology, and the way in which it's used, has the capability to fundamentally change how organisations operate.

But technology on it's own isn't enough. Our strength is in understanding organisations, the people who work in them and the challenges they face. We provide solutions to solve these challenges using best-in-class technology, delivered in a best-practice way.

To do this our people blend in-depth technical understanding with real-world business experience.

This enables us to build a deep understanding of you and your organisation while simultaneously understanding the solutions which will help overcome them.

for our People.
Our people are key to how we deliver change.

A fundamental part of Inardua is how we invest in our people and create an environment in which they can thrive and are rewarded.

We're committed to developing new Salesforce talent and do this both through Apprenticeships and directly supporting learning & development - we provide time for our people to learn new skills and pay for all Salesforce Certification Assessments.

We also believe in rewarding people fairly, we provide generous compensation, bonuses and an attractive package of benefits as well as flexible, remote-first working.

Finally, we're committed to transitioning to employee ownership so our people share fairly in the success of Inardua.

for our Planet.
We believe that business should be about more than simply profit.

Which is why from Day One we've committed to becoming a Certified B-Corp - and making a legal commitment to place equal emphasis on social and environmental considerations as we do to economic ones.

This means taking practical steps to reduce waste, and to offset the carbon emissions of our business, as well as to taking active steps to create a diverse workforce all of whom are enabled to progress their careers in a positive and supported manner.

We have Pledged 1% of staff time to support charitable causes, and equally will offer discounts and reduced rates when working with charitable organisations.

With these commitments in place we are sure that Inardua can make positive contributions not just to our customers, but to our environment and wider society as well.
