Description
setting injection moulding plastic machinery by performing related duties.


Duties:


  • Setting of injection moulding machines for very busy industrial/ pos moulding company. machine sizes range from 22 tonne to 750 tonne with Robots Fitted. Must have previous experience of setting machines and Robots and be able to use various grades of industrial material.
  • Accomplishes organisation goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
  • You will be responsible for 6 members of staff under your control
- be fully conversant with MES systems

  • Bringing new ideas and continuous improvement
  • Take full responsibility of back shift and there development needs.

Skills/Qualifications:
Lifting, Manufacturing Quality, Controls and Instrumentation, Equipment Maintenance, Manufacturing Experience, Safety Management, Problem Solving, Manufacturing Methods and Procedures, Packaging, Production Planning,


Required experience:
- injection moulding setting : 2 years


Job Types:
