Part Home Based Property Manager / Block Manager - Essex - Up to £45k

My client are a multi award winning block / Residential Lettings & management agent who operate out of an Essex based office.

As a result of portfolio growth they now require an experienced Residential Property Manager to oversee an Essex based portfolio of blocks comprising RMC/RTM and freeholder sites undertaking the full range of block manager duties from service charge budgetsetting to insurance provision, major works management (including S20 consultation), site visits and AGM's.

The suitable Property Manager will come from a stable career history, have broad property management experience (2 years minimum) and ideally (but not essentially) professional property management qualifications (IRPM) or knowledge of RICS/ARMA guidelines.

In addition, the suitable property manager will have excellent communication skills, a genuine focus on customer care and the desire to progress long term.

Package on offer for successful property managers will be in the £35k - £45k region dependant on experience and qualifications.
