Benson Signs, part of LPW Group, are a Liverpool based sign maker established in 1969 who have built up a reputation as one of the UK's leading sign specialists.
We are looking for an experienced Sales Ledger Clerk / Finance Assistant to join the team on a nine months contract to cover Maternity LeaveSalary:
Negotiable based on experience
Hours:30 hours per week, with working hours to be agreed (8.30am to 5.30pm, Monday to Thursday and 8.30am to 5.00pm on Fridays are our office hours).
Duties will include
- Raising statements and distributing to customers
- Producing weekly reports for management and the sales team to show any outstanding debts
- Inputting invoices and credits on Sage 50 and dealing with any customer queries
- Leasing with the sales team to ensure all invoices are entered at the end of each month
- Daily bank reconciliation
- Collect and collate all Visa receipts from staff and inputting onto accounts package
- distribute petty cash when necessary
- order stationary/supplies when necessary
- Pricing stock
- Previous experience of accounts and Sage 50 would be advantageous
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Accuracy and good attention to detail
