With over 30 years' experience in their industry, our client is a world leader in technology and is currently recruiting for a technical support advisor to join their rapidly growing team based in Worcester.


Duties will include:


  • Providing accurate feedback to customers
  • Prioritising and managing multiple cases
  • Diagnosing hardware and software faults
  • Contribution to creation of support and training resources
  • Ensuring customer queries are escalated accordingly
  • Software testing

About you:


  • Experience in a similar role
  • Ability to provide step by step technical help
  • Understanding of computer systems
  • Previous experience with troubleshooting
  • Organised, enthusiastic and motivated
  • Excellent communication skills
