£26,000 per annum

Welwyn Garden City
Hours:
Monday-Friday 9-5pm (Hybrid available, usually 2 days in the office)

PROFILE:
Our client based in Welwyn is looking for an enthusiastic administrator who will be focusing on supporting the HR team.
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Proven experience within a HR admin role
- Confident user of Microsoft software
- Excel, Word
- Excellent attention to detail
- Selfmotivated and uses own initiative
- Entry level HR knowledge
- Previous experience with processing personal checks e.g. Driving licenses, DBS
- Adaptable to new ways of working
- Ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintenance of relevant vehicle information
- Communicating with third parties regularly to manage replacement vehicles, coordinate new vehicles etc
- Reviewing and escalating queries as required
- Managing and administer checks e.g., driving license
- Maintaining data and managing spreadsheets
- Note taking for meetings
- Providing a schedule of MOT requirements and communicating to relevant managers
- Execute additional tasks as required to meet changing priorities
