Hours:
Monday-Friday 9-5pm (Hybrid available, usually 2 days in the office)

PROFILE:

Our client based in Welwyn is looking for an enthusiastic administrator who will be focusing on supporting the HR team.

This is a great experience for someone who wants to further their knowledge and experience in HR.


SKILLS REQUIRED

• Proven experience within a HR admin role
• Confident user of Microsoft software
• Excel, Word
• Excellent attention to detail
• Selfmotivated and uses own initiative
• Entry level HR knowledge
• Previous experience with processing personal checks e.g. Driving licenses, DBS
• Adaptable to new ways of working
• Ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintenance of relevant vehicle information
• Communicating with third parties regularly to manage replacement vehicles, coordinate new vehicles etc
• Reviewing and escalating queries as required
• Managing and administer checks e.g., driving license
• Maintaining data and managing spreadsheets
• Note taking for meetings
• Providing a schedule of MOT requirements and communicating to relevant managers
• Execute additional tasks as required to meet changing priorities
