Description
About us
deliciously ella is a plant-based food & wellness platform sharing delicious ways to feel better.
Starting from a recipe website, the business has evolved into a restaurant, a range of plant-based food products, an app, a collection of bestselling recipe books, a podcast, and a growing social media community that sits at the heart of what we do.
Our first product was our energy balls, but we have since launched a line of breakfast cereals, oat bars, nut butter bites, caramel cups, chocolate bars, baked veggie chips, dipped almonds and a range of frozen desserts.
Our office is in central London, at the edge of busy Soho. We work in the office Mon-Wed-Fri, with Tue and Thu optional WFH days.
Key Responsibilities
We're recruiting for a Customer Supply Executive to make sure all of our High Street, Out Of Home, Wholesale and International retail customers - for the UK, EU and beyond - have world-class service, from our receipt of their order all the way to delivery at their depot doors.
You will manage inbound customer orders, making sure they're transmitted to the relevant warehouse; monitor and respond to customer queries promptly and professionally; represent the Supply Chain team and Deliciously Ella brand in customer meetings; and monitor the performance of your existing customers to support the overall operational relationship, as well as owning the setup of new customers as needed.
You'll work closely with the wider Supply Chain team for updates on production and logistics timings; with our Commercial team and the relevant NAMs for your customers; with our Finance team, to ensure all customer dispatches are invoiced correctly; and with your customers, to get the best out of them
As part of your responsibilities, you will feed into the S&OP process and support the Customer Supply Manager in delivering and facilitating weekly S&OP meetings to balance supply and demand.
You will investigate short and over deliveries and deal with customer credit claims, and regularly check the stock at risk with the rest of the supply team to look for ways to reduce wastage.
You will also get involved in new customer setups as well as NPD and EPD delivery; you'll be responsible for working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure customers are set up and ready to receive all new SKUs, including managing changeovers and re-launches.
You'll be a dab hand at keeping lots of plates spinning; an amazing communicator; and have a passion for rolling up your sleeves in a small business where everyone's input is valued and efforts count.
This is a hugely exciting time for Deliciously Ella and this role would suit an ambitious supply chain professional who's looking for an opportunity to grow quickly within a fast-growing SME.
