Customer Service Analyst, Felixstowe

(Level 1/2/- salary according to experience)

Full time (35 hours per week) 1 hour lunch, Permanent - Fantastic location and office

Excellent salary and benefits package, including 25 days annual leave (plus BH) annual bonus and generous pension contribution.

TLP are delighted to be supporting our client, a market leading IT company providing software technology solutions across a large, established client base in their search for an experienced
Customer Service Analyst to join their thriving and busy team on a full-time basis.

Role Outline

Carry out User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of new functionality and/or fixes for existing transactions
Participating in and producing User requirements for Change Requests
Proactively seek to improve software system by making suggestions for improvements
Assist Customer Service team with System maintenance and administration support
UAT testing is undertaken based on JIRA's available to test, maintaining status to ensure timely delivery of completion.
UAT testing to be completed in time for each release

Technically minded with good analytical skills
Positive and collaborative communicator
Diplomatic, confident, and adaptable
Selfmotivated with a flexible approach to requirements

Experience/Skills Required

Experience using
Destin8 will be highly advantageous (you will have the opportunity to progress to a Level 2/Level 3 CSA once you have gained a good working knowledge of Destin8 software)
Basic knowledge of Customs procedures (Desirable)
Strong customer service background (business to business preferred)
Welldeveloped communication and interpersonal skills
High level of IT proficiency
Excellent organisational ability
