We have a job opening for an experienced Welder/Fabricator at Reclamet.

Our company, based in Birchington, Kent, is the leading dismantler of automotive parts.

Due to rapid expansion over previous years and with plans to continue this growth further in the future we are looking for a Welder/Fabricator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

Welding, fabrication, repairing and maintaining plant and machinery.
To work alongside the existing team in a busy environment.
Proper handling and safe use of machines and tools at all times.
Observe or monitor objects to determine compliance with prescribed operating or safety standards.
Visually inspect welds to determine quality.
Demonstrate continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times, streamline work processes, and work cooperatively and jointly to provide quality seamless customer service.
Have at least 2 years welding and fabricating experience.
Ideally use and knowledge of hydraulically operated machinery.
Have a good approach to engineering solutions
Be able to maintain plant and machinery
The ability to hard face
