Aspin FM Ltd is a family run business, located on the outskirts of Bury.

From this location we provide cleaning and facilities services to approx 60 clients and 70 sites across the North West.

Our company ethos is to support, empower and motivate our staff ensuring that they are able to provide the level of exceptional service we promise to our clients.

As a member of the Aspin FM Ltd team, you will be supported in your role, trained to provide the correct level of service to our clients, provided with the right equipment to do the same and motivated to go the extra mile through Recognition Awards, Employee Assistance Programs, External Training and regular visits from your line manager.

The Role

The Requirements of the role are to provide 3.5hrs per day of cleaning services to our clients premises in Blackburn.

You must either live locally to this location or have reliable transport to ensure you are able to get to the site each day.

The cleaning requirements will include general cleaning of offices, kitchens, toilets, emptying bins in the offices, vaccumming and mopping. A schedule will be provided to ensure all areas are cleaned daily/weekly. You will be provided with full training on the site until you are comfortable with the site requirements.

The Hours
Monday - Friday 3.5hrs per day, 7.30am to 10am
