The Mary How Trust for Cancer Prevention is an independent, CQC registered, West Sussex charity.

The Trust's health screening service aims to spot the early signs of life-threatening illnesses such as heart disease, diabetes, bowel cancer, prostate cancer and abdominal aortic aneurysm.

We are seeking a Part Time Receptionist to join our friendly professional team. The hours of work will be Saturday's 8.30am - 2.30pm. Additional hours available for holiday cover.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to use their supervision and customer service skills to help in our development.

Reporting to the Practice Manager, you will be supporting the Trust in ensuring the Mary How Trust offers the highest standard of customer service within the Clinic.

Person Specification:

Excellent customer service skills
Experience of working to deadlines and targets
Good organisational skills and ability to manage workload
Excellent communication, interpersonal and IT Skills
Able to work as part of a small team
