Our client based in Guildford are looking for a Customer Service Executive to provide an impeccable service to their clients.

The company deal with fantastic products and pride themselves on delivering the best of the best customer service

As part of the team, the Customer Service Executive will be responsible for:
Helping drive a fantastic customer experience

Reactively and proactively communicating with customers

Working extremely closely with the wider teams in the business

Updating the customer database on a daily system

To be considered the Customer Services Executive will:
Maintain excellent attention to detail

Be extremely passionate about customer service

Have worked within an office based environment previously

Be highly organised

Work well under pressure

Have a positive and can do attitude

Be a real peoples person
