We are looking to hire our next
_Recruitment and Attraction Assistant - London_.

Ideally someone with a hospitality background, who is ready to take on the mission of an office-based role to join our team.


What will you be doing as
_Recruitment and Attraction Assistant __London_**- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for recruitment campaigns.


  • Create and publish job adverts on careers pages, job boards and social media
What we require from our
_Recruitment and Attraction Assistant - London_

  • Work experience as a staffing agency recruiter, recruiter or similar role
  • Excellent communication skills including fluency in spoken English and exceptional written English.
  • Excellent phone manner and the ability to engage appropriately with applicants, casual staff and clients.
  • Proven expertise in crafting compelling advertisements
  • Experience with various interview formats, including phone screening calls, inperson interviews and group interviews
  • Knowledge of CV databases and Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Drive and determination with attention to detail and an innate ability to focus on a variety of tasks
  • Solid organizational and timemanagement abilities
  • Immaculately presented with pride in both appearance and work.
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office suite software, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Hospitality frontofhouse experience. Preferably at a supervisory level.
  • Comfortable with public speaking or presenting training to a group


This is a varied role with excellent development opportunities, so you may be required to work out at events to offer support, advice and valuable feedback to clients and team members in order to further expand your industry knowledge.

There may also be a requirement to travel to events outside of
_London_ on occasion.
