Part Time (30 hours per week) Finance Assistant required for a FinTech company

  • Offices in the City area of London with Hybrid working offered

About Our Client:

European FinTech providing tech to the Financial Services sector.

This is a varied part time role covering both accounting and administrative duties, reporting to the Finance Manager.


Bookkeeping

  • Ownership of the company's bookkeeping ensuring that financial records are kept accurate and up to date.
  • Process all invoicing.
  • Process expenses claims.
  • Process bank entries.
  • Credit control
  • Provide additional support as required to the Finance Manager.

Effective office administration/logistics

  • Maintain inventory of office supplies and own reordering processes.
  • Help organise specific meetings inside and outside of the office.
  • Process travel requests
  • Provide ad hoc administrative support as needed to staff, including to those based
  • Manage outgoing and incoming post.

The Successful Applicant:


Able to commit to working part time 30 hours per week (option to split hours as prefer), and work in the office one day per week as a min.

Strong administrative ability with basic accounting understanding preferred.

Positive, friendly personality.

Happy to work in a small team / office.
