We are a reputable domestic carpet fitting company with branches across the UK. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join a well-established team.This role would suit a confident, reliable person who is an excellent communicator with both customers and colleagues.
The
job role involves:
Sales Admin
- Helping with answering incoming calls
- Follow up calls to generate sales.
- After sales calls to customers for quality control.
- General administration tasks and duties
- Updating customer details using a CRM Software system
- Working closely with the sales team
Marketing Admin
- To utilise all appropriate digital platforms to promote and communicate the values of the business.
- Marketing our products through our website and other selling platforms
- Support marketing manager with both traditional and digital marketing campaigns
- Producing additional marketing communications, such as flyers and brochures
- Ongoing Research of our competitor's online presence, prices, promotions, marketing
- Support marketing manager with any admin related tasks
The Administrator
required skills and attributes:
Essential
- Fully I.T Literate on all Microsoft packages
- Experience of working in an administrationbased role
- An understanding of how social media works
- Experience of working within customer service
- Excellent attention to detail
- Professional telephone manner
- Reliable and flexible
- Organised
- Good team player
- Excellent communication skills
- Full driving licence
- Good understanding of Google Analytics
- Experience of working within a marketing role
