The role:

An exciting opportunity to join British Airways as a Revenue Delivery Team Leader has arisen

Working in the wider Commercial team, this role plays a critical part in the financial success of the airline.

Leading a small team of Revenue Delivery Executives, you will be responsible for optimising revenue across a large portfolio of routes.


What you'll do:


  • Review and monitor revenue performance in line with Revenue Management business cycle, identifying and implementing inventory control and pricing actions to improve outcomes.
  • Deliver regional Revenue and Revenue/ASK (RASK) targets, including joint business targets.
  • Develop RASK improvement strategies, including trialling and testing new initiatives.
  • Performance manage a team of Revenue Delivery Specialists, providing coaching, expertise and guidance to deliver efficient results.
  • Ensure effective monitoring of competitor pricing activity and drive appropriate action in a timely manner.

Your experience:


  • Experience of working in commercial roles, with a proven background of effective decision making.
  • Experience of working in a facedpaced environment, achieving deadlines with good time management and prioritisation skills.
  • Proven experience of driving beneficial business change.
  • An analytical approach, with strong commercial acumen.
  • Ability to build strong and effective stakeholder relationships.
