Aran Homes are looking for Support Workers to make a positive difference to the lives of our clients with mental health needs.
We provide high quality person-centered support, motivation and encouragement to clients, promoting independence, choice and control of their lives.We are looking for highly motivated and hard-working individuals who are resourceful and energetic.
The role requires excellent communication skills as the job involves working with clients, their professional team, family and friends to achieve positive outcomes.
You will be required to work flexibly on a rota basis including evenings, weekends and sleep-ins, flexibility is necessary. Previous experience is desirable - but what we need most from you is a willingness to learn. Training will be provided.Aran Homes are an equal opportunity employer.
