We are recruiting for a temporary Customer Relations for an independent NFP organisation who help small and medium sized companies improve their performance.
You will need strong administration, customer service ,research and IT skills.Remote Based
The Role
Delivering a high-quality customer service to our prospective customers.
Customer Engagement & Feedback
Helping to capture and feedback customer experience both online and offline, reporting to the appropriate teams and platforms to continually improve the service we provide.
Previous experience in a customer facing roleFamiliar with Excel
Good attention to detail
Previous experience working in or closely with a small or medium business
