Customer Delivery and Handover Specialist to join our
Snows Volvo dealership in
Southampton.



Your day


As a
Customer Delivery and Handover Specialist you will be responsible for the transportation and handover experience that is key to the team's success in delivering a vehicle to our customer's preferred place of handover.


Your day will include:


  • Provide the highest level of customer care and satisfaction, giving the customer the best possible handover experience.
  • Deliver vehicles to a wide base of customers.
  • Carry out thorough planning and communication with our vehicle preparation controller.
  • Provide accurate information for our customers, including timely communications leading up to their vehicle delivery.
  • Deliver a tailored handover experience for each customer, including introduction to the specifications and controls available within their vehicle.
  • Support the customer with signing up for relevant apps and other technology.
  • Ensure vehicles are handed over clean and with a minimum level of fuel/Charge
  • Keep up to date with product knowledge to ensure you can fully support the customer.
  • Work with colleagues and other teams across the Centre to provide continuous improvement to processes.
  • Ensure that all delivery vehicles are kept clean and well maintained.
  • Ensure all Driver logs are kept up to date.

  • Valid driving licence.

Hours of work:

Monday to Friday 08:00 - 18:00 (with 1 hour for lunch)
No weekends, although some flexibility may be required on occasion due to the nature of the role
