Description

Duties:


  • Answer incoming calls professionally and provide information about products and services
  • Perform data entry to update customer records accurately
  • Utilize analytical skills to identify customer needs and resolve issues promptly
  • Upsell products or services to increase revenue
  • Communicate effectively with customers in a clear and concise manner

Experience:


  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred
  • Bilingual proficiency in English
  • Ability to analyze information and make sound decisions
  • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
  • Multilingual capabilities are advantageous for this role

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
From £25,687.29 per year
