Description
Duties:
- Answer incoming calls professionally and provide information about products and services
- Perform data entry to update customer records accurately
- Utilize analytical skills to identify customer needs and resolve issues promptly
- Upsell products or services to increase revenue
- Communicate effectively with customers in a clear and concise manner
Experience:
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred
- Bilingual proficiency in English
- Ability to analyze information and make sound decisions
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Multilingual capabilities are advantageous for this role
Job Types:

Pay:
From £25,687.29 per year
