Employment Coach for a programme at Education Development Trust called
Making a Difference Leeds City Region

What is Making a Difference?


Making a Difference is a programme to be delivered by Education Development Trust in the Coast to Capital region of England.

The programme is a European Social Fund (ESF) match funded programme which is designed to support both unemployed and economicallyinactive participants, the aim being to progress them to job search readiness or into paid employment.


Our
Employment Coaches will provide into work support for adult participants in a range of community and employer settings, with the support of local labour market information to help make informed career decisions.

There will be a needto engage in a sensitive and targeted approach to building skills, confidence and helping people become more employable.

If not already qualified to level 4, you will be taken on as a trainee Coach and you willComplete a IAG qualification within the first12 months in the role.


Job Type:
Fixed term/Full-time (Other working patterns will be considered.)
