Join our dynamic team as an Administration Officer and play a pivotal role in providing crucial support and assistance to clients referred to our life-changing cancer project.

Get ready to embark on a rewarding journey where you will ensure a seamless experience for clients, guiding them from referral to the appropriate team, all while keeping our operations running smoothly with your exceptional administrative skills.

Minimum requirement of BSL Level 3 or equivalent experiences.


Your impactful contributions will include:

  • Accepting referrals and accurately inputting data into our stateoftheart CRM (Customer Relationship
Management) system from multiple channels.

  • Creating and maintaining client profiles on the CRM system, ensuring comprehensive and uptodate information.
  • Adhering to strict safeguarding policies and procedures to ensure the utmost care when handling referrals.
  • Responding promptly to projectrelated inquiries, offering unwavering administrative support to both clients and dedicated volunteers.
  • Maintaining the CRM system meticulously, guaranteeing that client and volunteer information is accurate and reliable.
  • Creating and managing dynamic Excel spreadsheets, allowing for seamless data management.
  • Collating essential information from the CRM system for insightful reporting and forwarding it to SORD at Manchester University.
  • Skilfully handling incoming and outgoing mail, effortlessly juggling ad hoc administrative tasks as they arise.
  • Assisting in organising rooms for staff meetings and community events, making every occasion memorable.
