Job Summary:
- Support machine operators in the efficient operation of machinery;
- Material handling, material loading and machine setup;
- Proactively assist operators with process tasks;
- Ensure regular maintenance of equipment
- Maintain good housekeeping and tidiness at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
Equipment Operation:
Assist in operating machinery according to standard procedures.
Workload Management:
Support operators to efficiently meet specific deadlines.
Quality Control:
Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure that all products meet the necessary specifications in terms of our ISO quality procedure.
Equipment Maintenance:
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure optimal functionality of equipment.
Training and Development:
Engage in training programs to enhance technical skills.
Communication:
Maintain effective communication with production and sales team members.
Safety and Compliance:
Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe workplace.
Pay:
£24,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
