About Our Client:

The main duties of the role will include:

  • Raising job orders onto the CRM system and making sure that all correspondences where achieved on a daily basis.
  • Diary management for all of the engineers and sending out confirmations consistently.
  • Booking in appointments and client meetings.
  • Client relationship management including suppliers and sub contractors.
  • Ordering parts for the projects and making sure that the construction targets were being achieved.
  • Processing invoices accordingly on project works and raising PO for clients.
