About Our Client:
My client are a family run business with amazing values and have a proven track record of achieving success through development and success.
The main duties of the role will include:
- Raising job orders onto the CRM system and making sure that all correspondences where achieved on a daily basis.
- Diary management for all of the engineers and sending out confirmations consistently.
- Booking in appointments and client meetings.
- Client relationship management including suppliers and sub contractors.
- Ordering parts for the projects and making sure that the construction targets were being achieved.
- Processing invoices accordingly on project works and raising PO for clients.
