Conrad Consulting are recruiting for a Building Surveyor to join a well established and thriving fire consultancy to work on projects across London and the Home Counties.

Specialist consultancy offering fire safety solutions for all types of buildings.
Role of the Surveyor (Fire Safety and Assessment):
- To operate in a technical capacity providing high quality fire safety consultancy support to Ashton Fire clients and the wider team.
- Attend client premises to deliver high quality fire risk assessments, fire safety assessments, compartmentation surveys and fire door surveys.
- Support the Associate Director (Post Occupation) on the fire safety aspects of the building safety case deliverables (building safety appraisals, fire risk assessments, mitigation/action plans for the accountable person) in response to the Building Safety Act and the secondary legislation which will follow.
- Reviewing building safety cases, emergency responses packs for Secure Information Boxes, Regulation 38 pack and fire and emergency plans reviews.
Requirements of the Surveyor (Fire Safety and Assessment):
- From a Building Surveying background
- Have previous experience of undertaking FRA's and Fire Compartmentalisation
- Keen to progress within the Fire Risk and Safety sector
