Job Title:
Entry Level Event Assistant
Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning and coordination of events from start to finish, including but not limited to venue selection, vendor management, and logistics coordination.
Provide excellent customer service to event attendees, vendors, and partners.
Collaborate with team members to ensure all aspects of events align with organizational goals and objectives.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies relevant to event planning and management.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Event Manager or Supervisor.
Requirements:
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed, especially during peak event seasons.
Creative problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Passion for events and a desire to learn and grow in the field.
