Role
The Executive Assistant will provide support to the Directors of the organisation and also to the Senior Management Team.


The Executive Assistant will be an experienced PA and a reliable, hard working person with naturally high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.

They will be pro-active and organised and will use their proven judgement and experience to contribute towards the continued growth of the family of companies.

Key Responsibilities:

To support the Directors and the Senior Management team by providing high quality, reliable, PA and Administrative support.

This will include, but is not limited to the following responsibilities:


  • Proactively manage arrangements for the Directors, working closely with them on varied projects across multiple businesses and regions.
  • Manage project lists for the Founders and Senior Management Team, helping them to prioritise and working with them to deliver on commitments in a timely fashion.
  • Document important Joint Operations group decisions with accurate board and management meeting minutes and memorandums.
  • Take on, follow up and independently deliver a range of follow up actions for internal and external customers.
  • Work with the broader Management Team to support them in the timely delivery of key business actions.
  • Build relationships with external partners including customers, suppliers, financial contacts and consultants in order to ensure they receive a consistently high level of service from the Directors and the Senior Management Team.
  • Communicate on behalf of the Directors using discretion and sound judgement.
  • Support both Directors in their personal administration including travel, expenses, documentation, meetings and IT requirements.
  • Assist in the creation of presentation materials.
  • Stay in regular contact with the Directors using the most appropriate method of communication.
  • Provide good service in fulfilling other related activities as requested.

Skills & Requirements
The skills & requirements for this position include but are not limited to:

  • Degree level education.
  • At least 3 years proven experience providing individual support to management at Director and/or board level.
  • Proactive and practiced in using initiative with the confidence to work independently.
  • Ability to work constructively with colleagues throughout the organisation.
  • Extremely organised with excellent time management skills and able to prioritise commitments effectively.
  • A working knowledge of German or French would be desirable but is not essential.
  • Confident and able to communicate and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels and locations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with good attention to detail in grammar, spelling, writing and proofreading.
  • Possess a sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office and contemporary communication systems.
  • Good judgement around the need for discretion and the ability to be assertive in a professional manner.

Salary:
£35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
