We are looking for individuals who are: Part way through an Engineering / Manufacturing or related Degree Programme.

Desired skills and Personal Qualities:

Strong Analytical and communication skills
High level of Microsoft packages including Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
Desire to Learn

Excellent organisation skills.
Ability to learn new systems (Syteline ERP).

About Our Manufacturing Year in Industry - Starting September 2024:
To support the Manufacturing Department in meeting all KPI's. List of potential Tasks/responsibilities a year in industry could include but is not limited to.

• Compile information and draft Manufacturing Reports
• Support 6S activity within the department
• Complete RCA on quality Issues
• Streamlining and Standardising processes
• Issuing paperwork to shopfloor employees
  How to Apply/find out more information?:
• Organise and developing SOP (Standard Operating Processes)
• Expediting work to achieve sales targets internal and subcon
• Administer TOC (Theory of Constraints) slides for morning and afternoon meetings
• Support in 8D investigations
• Actively participate in and encourage continuous improvement opportunities within your designated area of responsibility.
• Any other associated Manufacturing tasks

Future Prospects:

The company also has a graduate management development programme which placement students are often headhunted for
