Working Hours:37.5 hours per week, between 8.30am and 5.30pm, Monday to Friday


Salary:
Up to £25,000 per annum OTE plus benefits, inclusive of

  • Competitive base salary
  • Monthly performance bonus (OTE £3,360 pa)
  • A taxfree £500 success bonus on passing probation

A background in customer service or insurance is entirely optional, but a keen eye for detail, the ability to get to the bottom of things and negotiating are second nature to you.


As a Customer Service Representative, agreeing settlements and payments with insurance companies you will play a central role in helping to recover the cost of keeping our customers mobile during their insurance claim.

Whatever the circumstances of theclaim - it is your role agree the best outcome for your customer.
