Description

• Provide consulting services to clients in the financial, human resources, and labor fields.
• Work with clients on organizational, leadership, and human resources issues.
• Conduct interviews, conduct research, and analyze data.
• Develop strategies to improve the client's business processes.
• Utilize this knowledge to help clients implement their best practices in their organization.
• Provide guidance on how to implement new processes, as well as coaching and mentoring of existing employees.
• Work with various departments within the company on various projects.
• Maintain confidentiality of all client information.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

• 12 years of experience in consulting or business development preferred but not required.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (both English and Spanish).

• London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
