We are looking to recruit a HR & Safety Administrator to join our growing team.

The HR & Safety Administrator will assist in making the companys human resources & safety department run efficiently.

They should be exceptional coordinators who can work on multiple projects at once, from onboarding a new employee to scheduling training for existing employees.

They must possess a high degree of professionalism and discretion and must know how to represent both the company policies and the needs of the employees.


Tasks include but are not limited to:

  • Entering employment data into the company database
  • Organising meetings and taking minutes
  • Assisting higherlevel HR staff with the hiring process
  • Setting up recruitment and training events
  • Answering any employee inquiries
  • Creating staff handbooks and newsletters
  • Coordinating logistics for new hire orientations
  • Updating employee holiday and sickness records
  • Support in the development and delivery of employee engagement plans.
  • Input into company policy documents
  • Development of employee value proposition changes.
  • Tracking and closing health and safety actions raised by staff
  • Engagement with all staff on the improvement of company health and safety.
