SERVICE CONTROLLER ROLE AVAILABLE
**39 hours per week

Friday finish at 11:30am**
Job Summary

Responsible for logging breakdowns, allocating jobs to engineers and third parties, quoting chargeable work, completing jobs once returned to the office by the engineer and booking services.

Key Tasks:

Answering incoming calls and dealing with queries and/or logging breakdowns
Customer service including managing expectations
Actioning and updating customer specific portals where appropriate
Adding jobs to engineer planners and managing their workload
Raising order numbers and issuing jobs to subcontractors where appropriate
Reviewing and processing jobs once engineers have returned information from their visits on bespoke system
Issuing quotes for chargeable work and following up with customers until either approved or cancelled
Ordering components where no engineer involvement is required
Monitoring the planner board to ensure no jobs have been missed and that sub
