Description

Our client is seeking a qualified Solicitor (0-3 PQE) to join the Personal Injury team, managing a mixed case load of EL/PL and Cycling injury claims.

Role & Responsibilities:

Manage cases from start to finish, including Fast Track and lower end Multi Track matters
Assisting on higher valued cases
Financial management of cases
Taking responsibility for personal development and CPD training requirements
Being an integral part of the team
Keeping up to date with developments in law and procedure
Archiving
Legal analysis
Legal research
Good working knowledge of relevant law and procedure
Business development/marketing/networking use of social media to support role
