_How would you like to join Foundation as a Housing Support Worker?_

Come join our Resettlement and Community Safety Scheme team to help provide short term support to offenders who pose greatest risk to themselves and the community. As a Housing Support worker you'll be responsible for a caseload of clients offering them tailored help to address their individual needs and reduce risk of reoffending. _

If you have:

Good interpersonal skills including listening and displaying empathy
Working knowledge of welfare and housing benefits
Experience or understanding of working with vulnerable people with complex needs, preferably offenders
A successful track record or transferrable skills of managing a client caseload and producing risk assessments and support plans
