Hawkins\Brown are looking for a Revit Modeller to join the London team
The Revit Modeller will provide drafting and modelling support for the architectural teams. We are ideally looking for someone who has two or more years of Revit experience in the architectural sector.

The Revit Modeller will also be part of Hawkins\Brown Specialist Design Studio, where they will liaise collaboratively with design teams across the practice.

Key areas of responsibility for Revit Modeller role:

  • Setting up project base files in accordance with HB standards from first principals
  • Provide Revit modelling and design support to architectural team/s across all RIBA Stages
  • Manage Revit model health in terms of warnings, metadata and structure of information
  • Create / Edit Revit families (parametric or otherwise)
  • Ensure compliance with the approved BIM Execution Plan and associated documents
  • Coordinate BIM file exchange and archiving of milestone submittals
  • General Revit model architectural updates to coordinate with wider consultant team
  • Assist in package development (RIBA Stage 35) in Revit based on red line mark ups and general design development
  • Assist in the production of drawn information from RIBA Stage
  • Stage 5

Desirable skills:


  • Proficient in Revit (including parametric family creation) 2+ years (Stage 3 and beyond)
  • Advanced knowledge of detailed technical design and construction methods
  • Architectural Technology or BIM related degree or Certificates
  • Building Information Modelling NVQ
  • Autodesk Certifications
  • Revit related external training certificates
