Key Responsibilities include- Using Sage Line 50 Accounts software
- Managing the KBSA Insurance for each client
- Checking timesheets for wages and actual costings
- Checking Actual Costings on completed kitchen and bathroom projects
- Production of management information for our directors
- Monthly Sage Payroll including gathering information from employees, accessing information from Bright HR and End of Year Returns
- Working with our Design Team to ensure jobs are progressing and Payment Schedules are being met by clients
- Daily Bacs payments
- Production of Wages and supplier payments
- Daily monitoring of income and confirming receipts.
- Monthly pension submission
- Supplier/Subcontractor invoices
- General Administration duties including accurate inputting of data and filing of documents.
- Knowledge of fundamental accounting principles and practices.
- Prior experience using accountancy software, Sage Business Cloud, Xero.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office, including Excel.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail/accuracy is essential
- Ability to manage priorities/workload and work to deadlines
Job Type:

Salary:
£21,000.00 per year
Expected hours:
No more than 20 per week
