We are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Assistant located within our The Edwardian Manchester, A Radisson Blu Edwardian Hotel.**
Overview:

An amazing opportunity to our Maintenance teams at
The Edwardian Manchester, as a Maintenance Assistant.
Maintain the hotel on a daily basis to ensure effective running of the hotel.
Coordinates and priorities the distribution of repairmaintenance orders and planned maintenance orders.
Checks and monitors the completed work in order to ensure it is completed to The Londoner standards.
Ensure Edwardian Hotel London adheres to all regulatory and safety standards as legally required.

About You:

You must possessive current hotel maintenance experience.
Is fully aware of Health and safety procedures.
Understand the requirements for effective water management.
Has knowledge Environmental EHO acknowledgment.
Is able to perform electrical, plumbing, decoration and carpentry tasks.
Understands the basic housekeeping processes and procedures
Demonstrate personal ownership, team and motivational skills
