Grafton Banks Finance is partnering with a well-loved brand in Brighton in the recruitment of a Finance Business Partner to provide business partnering services to the divisional heads, senior leadership and the wider finance team.

You will join an experienced team of finance professionals in the support and development of strategic and operational financial plans to ensure they meet objectives and deliver value for money.

A key aspect of the role is to lead on the provision of insight to senior management on financial performance, financial forecasts, and five-year financial plans.

This will also include the development of systems and processes to achieve this aim. In addition, the role seeks to ensure that senior managers receive the support required to make effective financial decisions.

Qualified Accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA) with finance business partnering experience
Exposure to financial planning, performance analysis and forecasting
Strong finance foundations gained from any sector, although an interest in the education/learning sector will be important
Superb communication skills, credibility, resilience and gravitas to drive change
