Property Entrepreneur Marketing Executive

Roles and Responsibilities
In the capacity of Marketing Executive, there are two core focus areas you will be expected to lead and manage.
The headline detail of each is shared below:
Organic Content Marketing
From October to May each year (7 months of autumn and winter), your primary focus will be to nurture existing audiences with high-value content marketing whilst growing these audiences via various platforms and lead generation strategies.
- Manage third parties including designers, web and podcast teams etc to create, repurpose and deliver worldclass content across all platforms
- Raise the company profiles to expand reach and audience across all platforms
Marketing and Sales Campaigns
From May to September (5 months of spring and summer) your primary focus will be on the creation and delivery of six and seven-figure marketing campaigns to secure sales for our 12 months training programmes that all start in October each year.
- Create six and sevenfigure marketing campaigns to attract highvalue leads for our sales team to convert
- Draft, design and deliver these marketing campaigns through spring and summer
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure all events are filled and annual targets are met
The Property Entrepreneur Marketing Team
As Marketing Executive, you will take a leading role in delivering all marketing activities.
Strategically you will be supported by the Managing Director who has 15 years of experience in online, content and campaign marketing.
In delivery, you will be supported by third-party suppliers including design, web, podcast and social team members who will operate on your instruction.
Experience and Expertise:
- Content marketing
- Social media campaigns, organic and paid
- Marketing campaign, creation and execution
- Sales funnel, creation and management
- Use of marketing tools and platforms
- Managing and briefing third parties to deliver design, landing pages etc
This role requires a key balance of creative and dynamic marketing savvy with the attention to detail and ability to execute required to maintain our position at the highest level in the UK market.
