General Labourer

Join our team at Fusion Electrical Ltd, a leading electrical and property maintenance firm located in Poole. We're seeking a dedicated and dynamic individual eager to embark on a hands-on career in the trades.

As a general labourer, you'll support a range of projects and gain a diverse skill set in general property upkeep.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine cleaning and maintenance, such as vacuuming, dusting, and sanitising.
• Perform basic decorating tasks, including prepping surfaces and painting.
• Address simple plumbing and carpentry needs, maintaining the functionality of our clients' properties.
• Participate in property maintenance duties, ensuring our clients' premises are wellkept and functional.

Additional duties but limited to:

• Assist skilled electricians with various tasks and learn the fundamentals of electrical installations.
• Engage in handson training, acquiring practical knowledge of tools and safety procedures.
• Contribute to a variety of assignments, from electrical fittings in retirement homes to general repairs in private residences.

Possible future:

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of trade work, adhering to safety standards and best practices.
• Potentially attend educational sessions for a Level 3 Diploma in Electrical Installations.

• Progress towards proficiency in the electrical and maintenance fields.
• Fulltime position.

Requirements:

• Possess at least 5 GCSEs (A*C/94), including English and Maths.
• Show dependability, punctuality, and respectfulness in all tasks.
• Demonstrate a genuine interest in trade work and a commitment to learning.
• Exhibit excellent communication abilities and problemsolving aptitude.
• Work effectively within a team and independently when required.
• Hold a UK driving licence and have vehicle access (preferred).
• Experience: Trade work: 1 year (preferred).

• Competitive hourly wage (£5.28£10.42), varying with age.
