Description

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct training sessions on PLC, SCADA, and Industrial Automation for students enrolled in our programs.
Develop and deliver engaging and informative course content that aligns with industry standards and best practices.
Provide handson demonstrations and practical exercises to enhance student learning and comprehension.
Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback to support their learning and development.
Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Industrial Automation to continuously improve training materials and delivery methods.
Collaborate with the training team to ensure a cohesive and effective learning experience for students.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering or related field.
Proven experience as a PLC SCADA Instructor/Engineer or similar role, with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
Strong knowledge of Industrial Automation principles, with expertise in Siemens TIA Portal and Allen Bradley Studio 5000 PLC systems.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
Passion for teaching and mentoring students, with a commitment to their success and professional development.
Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse learning needs of students.
