The role


Due to the success experienced to date, and to assist with the future growth plans of the company Phoenix Cellular are now looking to appoint a highly organised ecommerce administrator to join the team.


Background


Phoenix Cellular are an exciting and well established telecoms company, founded by a team of experienced telecoms entrepreneurs focusing on the Pan European distribution of used mobile phones to the trade.


Used phones have become one of the fastest growing areas within the mobile phone market with annual revenues growing year on year.


Between the directors, they have worked in mobile telecommunications for over 50 years where they have an enviable track record of creating and growing start-up companies as evidenced by three separate listings in the Sunday Times Fast Track 100 list of fastest growing companies along with the Queens Award for International Trade.


Keys areas of involvement in the business include:

  • Customer Service
  • first level contact with customers to resolve any issues
  • Database working across CRM & ERP systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency of data and data transfers to control customer orders, inventory & payments
  • Ecommerce working with multiple ecommerce channels ensuring optimum sales are achieved with excellent quality control and customer satisfaction
  • Dealing with third party suppliers daily correspondence with third party suppliers to ensure a smooth synergy of information to customers
  • Issue Resolution assisting in the resolution of complex issues relating to customers and suppliers stock tracking and inventory management
Skills required.

Proven experience of at least two years in a similar role

  • Advanced excel skills around data manipulation.

Preferred skills but not essential - include Macros and VBA and using these skills to analyse and manipulate data sets for reporting.


  • First hand customer service experience preferably within ecommerce sites.
  • Experience of ecommerce channels including transferring data from CRM & ERP systems
  • High levels of accuracy coupled with an attention to detail
  • Experience in controlling operational processes that provide tracking and rigidity
  • Ability to problem solve and detect problems before they arise with a high level of initiative.
  • Ability to work closely and support the different business functions
  • An ability and experience in learning new IT systems.
  • Highly organised with a good level of administration skills and the ability to multitask

Salary:
£22,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
