We are seeking an innovative Head of marketing to promote the company's brand and solutions.


In this role, you will be optimizing marketing strategies, managing, and growing the team, as well as preparing forecasts, reporting, and budget management.


To ensure success, you will need
extensive knowledge of SaaS B2B marketing strategies and the ability to identify new business leads, globally.


Ultimately, you will help build and maintain a strong and consistent brand through a wide range of online and offline marketing channels on a global scale.


THE ROLE

  • In an executivelevel position in a growing company, you will build and develop the marketing team to meet business objectives
  • Operations and toolled automation strategies to ensure high velocity in scaling a SaaS business.
  • Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution ? Strategize and develop tactics to raise awareness of our company and drive qualified traffic to our website
  • Build a strong partnership with sales and other departments by designing a program to support their pipeline needs and create closedloop feedback processes.
  • Understand our lead and customer funnel, identify gaps and opportunities to increase conversion through automation, B2B MarTech & CRM capabilities.
  • Working closely with the Product Team; to define marketing strategies for new and existing products
  • Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, influencers, agencies, and vendors
  • Experience with both organic and paid acquisition channels, including the creation of content, curation of content, PPC campaigns, event management, PR, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, and performance analysis
  • Managing the copywriter's team and being accountable for producing valuable and engaging content for our campaigns that attracts and converts our target groups
  • Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely
  • Continual market reviews, consumer trends, and the activities of competitors
  • Technologysavvy and operations mindset expected to run and lead fullcycle SaaS
  • Reporting, analytics, and datadriven articulate in budgeting handling, lead quality (MQLs, SQLs), and SaaS metrics (MMR, ARR, trials, conversions, CAC) and beyond
  • THE PROFILE
  • Experienced marketing within the SaaS/Tech space together with the potential and attitude required to learn
  • Proven experience in the SaaS industry, identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate, and motivate
