Main Duties:


  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring their satisfaction with our services. Handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide timely and accurate information to enhance customer loyalty.
  • Complaint Resolution: Investigate and address customer complaints promptly and professionally. Work diligently to find suitable resolutions, keeping the customer informed throughout the process.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our product/service offerings and stay updated on industry trends to effectively communicate the benefits and features to customers.
  • Order Processing: Process sales orders, track, and coordinate with relevant departments ensuring contracts are signed and supporting onboarding of the client.
  • Sales Reports and Analytics: Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and relevant data. Utilise data and analytics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Invoice Generation: Generate and oversee invoices related to any sales and recurring ones.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in sales and customer service roles, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and providing exceptional customer support.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and connect with customers effectively.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment, taking initiative and being proactive in pursuing sales opportunities.
  • Highly organised, proactive and able to prioritise a variable, workload with multiple deadlines and prioritise effectively.
  • Proficient computer skills, including experience with Google Workspace, Xero and Groups.
  • A positive and resilient attitude, with the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism.
  • Strong work ethic and a high degree of integrity/professionalism
  • Have the ability to foreplan and anticipate the needs and implement/report what is required

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a similar sales or customer service role.
  • Knowledge of relevant sales and customer service techniques and best practices.

Please note the Full time working hours for this role are 40 hours per week

Salary:
£21,000.00-£24,000.00 per year

  • Leeds: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
