Following an internal promotion, we now have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join the Export team at our Head Office in Maids Moreton, Buckinghamshire.


Responsibilities will include:


  • Quotations and Order Processing.
  • Invoicing and Shipping: Arrange shipments from multiple locations. Obtain freight costs and calculate freight, insurance and any special documentary charges.
  • Customs Declarations: Provide accurate details for Customs.
  • Liaise with International Business Managers to support our international customers.
  • Deal with technical queries and follow through to resolution.
  • Maintain customer records including CRM, accounting system and insurance log.
  • Be aware of and issue documentation where required e.g., Certificates of Origin.
  • Provide information for overseas product registration liaising with Regulatory Affairs as required.
  • Chase for overdue payments.
  • Arrange for shipment of equipment to and from exhibitions with insurance cover for the duration.
  • Clinical Trials create paperwork and arrange shipment and return of equipment supplied on rental to sites worldwide, ensuring adherence to all relevant regulations.

Outline of skills required:


  • Excellent administration and customer service skills, accuracy and attention to detail.
  • An understanding of export and import processes including INCO terms, payment terms, customs requirements and documentary requirements would be advantageous, but full training will give given to the right applicant.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Experience in the use of accounting software and CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
