Sales Adviser (Membership)

Salary:
circa. £24,000 (Dependant on Skills and Experience) plus commission

Location:
Stoneleigh, Warwickshire with agile working

Working Hours:35 hours per week

Purpose of the role & how you will contribute:
We are seeking a conscientious, sales focused individual to join our team of Membership Sales Advisers.

You will be required to increase NFU membership through managing inbound calls and making outgoing calls, to support and assist the NFU in the retention and recruitment of NFU memberships to maximise total membership and income.

What you'll bring:

You will be an excellent communicator, working within a small team targeted on gaining new and retaining existing members. You will have strong interpersonal skills and experience of organising your own time.

Confidence in making outbound telesales calls and experience working in a target driven environment are essential. You will have strong Microsoft Office skills and have proven ability to manage your own sales administration. You will become a proficient used of our CRM system and training will be provided.

Please note that this role is known as Membership Sales Adviser within the NFU.
