Description

The Gynaecological Oncology service at BHT provides care to women across Buckinghamshire and receives referrals from neighbouring counties (Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire).

The post is an attractive opportunity for a consultant to lead and provide dedicated gynaecology expertise for the Gynae Oncology service.

The Oncology service provision would include early-stage low grade endometrial cancer patients, intermediate risk ovarian masses in addition to diagnostic services and some general gynaecological workload.

The successful applicant will work alongside our team who run the rapid access clinics, MDT outcome and Oncology follow up clinics to facilitate prompt diagnosis in addition to providing a link between this service and the oncology team.
