Job Summary:

This is a fantastic opportunity for a construction lawyer to join a privately owned developer with an award winning portfolio and an ambitious appetite for growth.

Reporting to the legal counsel you will be responsible for negotiating appointments and collateral warranties with no or mínimal input from external lawyers as well as negotiating schedule of amendments to building contracts.

In addition you will draft warranties and other documents and issue for execution as well as assist with other non construction related legal work streams including real estate and finance.

Key qualifications and skills sought:

A solicitor who has done a real estate seat during their training who has gone on to qualify in non contentious construction.
UK legal experience.
Non contentious construction and development experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
The ability to manage multiple tasks and the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
