Senior Administrator


Our client is a global digital service provider and they are looking for a Senior Administrator to perform a variety of administrative tasks.

This is an integral role acting as a centre point for all support functions across the U.K. and U.S. You will bethe face for all new joiners and all guests to the Windsor office. This role ensures the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our office and support of remote teams.

We are ideally looking for someone who is available immediately or has a short notice period.


Primary Responsibilities
-
Office Management

  • Ensure office equipment and supplies are properly sustained and serviced, whilst holding responsibility for all office supplier relationships.
  • Responsible for Vendor Management, Invoices, payments, AMC Management, Rent and Maintenance.
  • Regular interaction with Finance team for invoice submission and payment follow-ups.
  • Interaction with other support functions i.e., HR, IT and Finance team on various activities.
  • Office maintenance which includes Pantry Management, Meeting rooms, equipment maintenance, Parking, Visitor Management, Couriers.
  • Monitor and maintain regular checks on office network, phone, internet, CCTV and office security and housekeeping maintenance.
  • Responsible for H&S and Fire response compliance.
  • Handling incoming calls and post and processing as needed.
  • Responsible for all office related expenses, bookkeeping and bills submission to Finance for payment process.

Operations Administration

  • Onboarding of new employees, exit formalities, HR related support.
  • Delivery and collection of IT equipment
  • Support to Sales and Account Management teams on Operation related activities.

U.K. & U.S IT Support

  • IT equipment procurement, asset maintenance & repairs and IT support with the help of IT team.

Skills and Experience:


  • Prior experience in office administration and support.
  • Confidence with technology and hardware.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
  • Attention to detail and problemsolving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask.
