Job Overview:


Duties:


  • Perform general administrative duties as required
  • Manage inventory of stock and ordering of spare parts to include purchase orders and invoicing
  • Scheduling Engineers for planned works
  • Produce Risk Assesments for jobs (Training will be provided as required)
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
  • Produce job packs for Engineers
  • Provide excellent phone etiquette when interacting with clients or customers

Experience:


  • Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
  • Proficient in using Microsoft and online accounting software such as xero ideal but not essential as trainign can be given
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks
  • Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and photocopiers
  • Knowledge of clerical procedures and office management systems
  • Ability to computerize documents and type accurately

Contract length: 6 months


Pay:
£18,500.00-£21,000.00 per year
